Senior Civil Lawyer

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Civil lawyer to join our team in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in civil law matters, including but not limited to, contract law, property law, and inheritance law.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients in civil law matters, including but not limited to, contract law, property law, and inheritance law.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis of applicable laws and precedents.
  • Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.
  • Negotiating on behalf of clients in legal disputes.
  • Providing legal guidance and support to other legal professionals in the firm.
  • Managing and overseeing the work of junior legal staff, including paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing new business for the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
  • Membership in the Greek Bar Association
  • Expertise in Greek civil law, including contract law, property law, and inheritance law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience will be appreciated
  • Preferred location: Cyclades islands

Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our law firm in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in all matters related to real estate transactions and property law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all matters related to real estate transactions and property law
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate properties, including title searches, zoning and land use analysis, and environmental assessments
  • Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions related to real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing
  • Resolve disputes related to real estate, including boundary disputes and landlord-tenant conflicts
  • Advise clients on property tax matters and other regulatory compliance issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and develop new business for the firm

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
  • Membership in the Greek Bar Association and prior experience in real estate law practice
  • Expertise in Greek real estate law, including property law, zoning and land use regulations, and environmental law

Junior Civil Lawyer

We are seeking a Junior Civil Lawyer to join our law firm in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal assistance to senior lawyers in all matters related to civil law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior lawyers in providing legal advice and representation to clients in civil law matters, including but not limited to, contract law, property law, and inheritance law.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable laws and precedents.
  • Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs, under the supervision of senior lawyers.
  • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings under the supervision of senior lawyers.
  • Assist in negotiations on behalf of clients in legal disputes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior lawyers, including scheduling, file management, and client communications.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to civil law practice in Greece.
  • Attend client meetings and participate in team meetings to discuss case strategy and legal issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
  • Membership in the Greek Bar Association and at least 1 year experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
